Commercial Cleaning Package

Empty wastebaskets, wash if necessary

Vacuum all carpeted flooring

Sweep and mop all hardwood flooring with disinfectant

Dust all surfaces to reduce chances of germs and bacteria related sickness

Disinfect surface areas

Wipe away fingerprints and smudges on door handles and light switches

Polish any necessary components like brass or bright work on doors and cabinets

Spot clean where necessary

Stock toilet tissues, hand towels, soap, and hand sanitizer

Clean and polish mirrors

Mop and disinfect bathroom and kitchen flooring

Toilets and urinals cleaned and disinfected inside and out

Buff out all hard floors

Clean all windows

Vacuum vents and chairs

General Cleaning Package (whole house)

Vac/Mop all floors

Dust all surfaces to reduce chances of germs and bacteria related sickness

Kitchen:
Floors, counter-tops, stove top, burners removed and cleaned, outside of refrigerator cleaned, sinks – scoured, disinfected and polished. Blinds dusted. Microwave cleaned inside and out. Trash removed. Wastebasket – cleaned(outside). Floors swept and mopped.

Living room/Family Room:
Pictures, ceiling fans, knickknacks, furniture, floors cleaned(vacuumed/swept and mopped). Major appliances dusted/polished. Blinds dusted. Must be scheduled in advance.

Dining Room:
Counters, cabinets and furniture cleaned and polished outside. Floors cleaned(vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fan dusted. Major appliances dusted/polished, Blinds dusted.

Bathroom:
Bathtubs thoroughly scrubbed, showers scrubbed, faucets, toilets cleaned, sinks scoured and disinfected. Mirrors polished. Chrome/stainless steel polished. Blinds dusted. Wastebasket cleaned (outside). All floors swept and mopped.

Bedroom:
All furniture cleaned and polished. Beds made. Pictures dusted or wiped clean. Floors cleaned – vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fans dusted and cleaned. Wastebasket cleaned(outside). Blinds – dusted.

Deep Cleaning Package (whole house)

Vac/Mop all floors

Kitchen:
Floors, counter-tops, stove top, burners removed and cleaned, outside of refrigerator cleaned, sinks – scoured, disinfected and polished. Microwave cleaned inside and out. Trash removed. Wastebasket – cleaned(outside). Floors swept and mopped.

New Construction Cleaning

The details of this type of cleanup vary significantly from room to room. Kitchens and bathrooms, for example, include cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and countertops that all need specialized care. However, a good final interior cleanup always includes a few key jobs:

Cleaning walls, including removing dust, dirt, scuff marks and smudges

Dusting ceiling and light fixtures/ fans

Cleaning all trim, including all baseboard and door and window frames

Cleaning the faces, sides, and tops of doors

Cleaning floors, including buffing/waxing if applicable or vacuuming carpet

Removing all trash, plastic coverings, and stickers

Wipe down all surfaces

Clean kitchen cabinets, backsplashes, countertops, shelves, and vanity cabinets

Dust off all cabinet tops

Clean the exterior of kitchen appliances stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher

Clean all appliances, kitchen sinks, tubs, and toilets

Clean all commodes and fixtures carefully

Clean showers and tubs

Wipe light switches and doorknobs

Vacuum carpeted floors

Clean and wipe the fireplace

Extras (upon request)

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. Most cleaning extras add one half hour of time and cost to your booking.
